This course is designed to show you how to manage and overcome the challenges of everyday stress.
Through discussion we will determine effective coping mechanisms of stress and how the application of stress reduction techniques can help to improve your overall health.
With this class you will have an opportunity to:
1. Develop an understanding of what stress is and how it can impact our body.
2. Explore the roles of sleep, activity and nutrition on stress.
3. Learn to effectively manage stress and develop resiliency to stressful situations.
4. Identify the signs and symptoms of stress and develop strategies to overcome stressful situations to aid in your overall health and wellness.
