This course is aimed to improve the overall quality and quantity of sleep of its participants.
As we discuss the importance of sleep on overall health we will explore common sleep problems and learn strategies to improve or develop good sleep habits.
With this class you will have an opportunity to:
  • 1. Better understand how your body, mind, and your environment can affect your sleep.
  • 2. Understand how your sleep quantity and quality can impact your overall health.
  • 3. Develop a basic understanding of common sleep disorders.
  • 4. Learn skills to improve or develop good sleep habits.
