Mental Health

C5 Mental Health clinic provides psychological services to wounded, ill and injured (WII) service members and eligible veterans enrolled in the C5 department. Clinical services provided include comprehensive psychological evaluations, psychological testing, couples and family education, individual evidence based psychotherapy and group psychotherapy. The clinic completes required documentation associated with patient care and transition needs regarding fitness for duty and disability issues. Consultation services include providing psychological input to C5 multidisciplinary team members as well as associated hospital department clinics.
