Internal Medicine Clinic

The Internal Medicine Clinic specializes in the treatment of all adults, especially those with multiple symptoms, complications or illnesses that require ongoing medical care.

Mission

Provide primary care in a way that best meets the needs of Navy Medicine's beneficiaries. The Medical Home Port team will ensure that care is all inclusive and integrated with all other care provided in our healthcare system. Care delivered in the Medical Home Port model includes, but is not limited to, readiness, preventive, wellness, behavioral health, and disease management.

Services

Diabetes Clinic (with pharmacist, nutritionist, and health and wellness instructor) 

First Thursday of every month 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Mind Body Medicine classes for stress management, depression, etc. (by clinic staff behavioral psychologist) 

Certified Diabetes Educator, Case Management, Social Work, Geriatric Psychiatrist, RN Behavorial Health Care Facilitator

Infusions for bisphosphonates (for osteoporosis)
