Naval medical Center San Diego Neurosciences program cares for patients through special treatments for neurological disorders. Staff includes neurologist as well as support staff that work together to provide the best care.

Services Provided

Treatment for Cerebrovascular disease, including stroke and aneurysms
Help for headaches, including migraines
Support to reduce multiple sclerosis symptoms

Patient must have a referral from their primary care manager in order to be seen by Neurology.
