Cardiovascular Services

At Naval Medical Center San Diego, we're dedicated to providing state-of-the-art services to military members, their families, and those who have served our nation in the past. This year, we are offering a new program for patients who may be at risk for cardiovascular diseases, including heart attack, stroke, and peripheral artery disease. Vascular disease can affect many parts of the body, resulting in chest or leg pain with exercise, paralysis, loss of vision, or slurred speech. When such symptoms develop suddenly, they are considered a medical emergency and should be addressed immediately by calling 911. If you received such a diagnosis in the past or are under current treatment, please consider utilizing our Cardiovascular Services.

You do not need a referral from your primary care provider to utilize this service. We are committed to providing the very best in comprehensive cardiovascular care. As your military medical team, we have a long tradition of bringing together the right people and resources to accomplish the mission, and we look forward to assisting you.
