The Hematology-Oncology Clinic, a Department of the Director for Medical Services, is comprised of dedicated and compassionate professionals who specialize in the comprehensive care of patients with blood and oncologic disorders. Our outpatient staff consists of the following:

This multi-disciplinary team provides state of the art care to our patients. On-Site laboratory and pharmacy services further enhance the quality of care by providing on site diagnostic and therapeutic capability. Our Ambulatory Infusion Center augments our outpatient services by providing chemotherapy administration, transfusion services and other infusion needs for all adult outpatients at Naval Medical Center, San Diego.
The Hematology-Oncology Clinic is active in clinical research. As an affiliate member of the Cancer and Leukemia Group B (CALGB) and in cooperation with the University of California at San Diego, we offer our patients the opportunity to participate in cancer clinical trials. We are active in resident education, providing clinical instruction and didactic teaching for our residency program accredited by the American College of Physicians.
