This comprehensive weight management program is designed to help participants self-manage their weight loss by learning strategies and tools that can increase your success. Through discussion, reflection and the support of others, lifestyle changes can be accomplished and provide lasting results. As you are working with our Registered Dietitian through this series of classes you will have an opportunity to:
- 1. Develop a comprehensive overview of weight management.
- 2. Overcome behavior change challenges that relate to nutrition, including cravings and or triggers with mindful eating practices.
- 3. Learn practical tools for meal planning, grocery shopping, eating out and more.
- 4. Understand the effects of sleep and stress on weight management and develop lifestyle strategies to improve sleep and decrease stress.
