MOVE! Pump is Up is designed to help participants of all fitness levels increase their physical activity.
This class includes cardio, strength training, stretching and walking. We will work with you to develop individualized physical activity plans.
You will have an opportunity to:
1. Learn resources for improving your overall physical fitness and quality of life.
2. Lose weight properly.
3. Enhance your endurance and quality of life while improving your ability to perform everyday activities.
4. Develop an exercise routine at home or on the go.
