16 sessions total; 2 sessions per month for 8 months
This comprehensive weight management program is designed to help participants self-manage their weight loss by learning strategies and tools that can increase their success.
Through discussion, reflection and the support of others, lifestyle changes can be accomplished and provide lasting results.
With this series of classes you will have an opportunity to:
1. Develop a sense of community that can become a great support as you lose weight in a safe and healthy way.
2. Overcome behavior change challenges that relate to nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress.
3. Learn the proper tools and techniques of how to successfully manage your weight while working with a health coach.
4. Improve your overall health and wellness with proper nutrition and the incorporation of exercise.
