Morale, Welfare & Recreation (MWR) Fitness

MWR hosts numerous athletic and fitness facilities aboard the San Diego Navy bases.

• Free weights plus a wide variety of cardiovascular machines.
• Group exercise classes and trained personal fitness staff.
