Uniform Services University of Health Sciences (USUHS)

USU Medical Students seeking ACRs (Advanced Clerkship Rotation) Sub-I or elective at NMCSD will submit requests to the USU Site Coordinator. All USU requests should be officially submitted via email directly to Mrs. Tina Schmitz at NMC San Diego specifying round number, dates, and clinic requesting (specify if Sub-I). Multiple requests in one email are acceptable.
 
Requests for OB, ENT, and Ortho require a separate form (see below). Please attach the appropriate form to your official email request.  Rotation requests for USU Class of 2022 will be accepted via email only starting 0000 PST on 1 December 2020 and will be processed in the order received. Students are limited to one rotation with any interviewing clinic at NMCSD during Rounds 4, 5 and 6 and must intend to interview with that clinic; exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
